This morning I received an email from David King from Wallerawang. He drove his Studebaker to Corowa and after filling up on Sunday morning had an impromptu 2 night stay in Wagga thanks to a load of dirty/ water logged fuel (and several other cascading issues as a result).

Thanks Howard,
Well done guys and girls.

I've read a couple of comments in regards to the racecourse being a splendid location for the vehicles. How did the other caravan park perform as a camping ground?

The racecourse/showgrounds were an excellent location in my opinion. Much more shade was the most significant difference, but had a nice feel about it, too.

Bindaree Caravan Park was our chosen other site. The owners were extremely happy to have at least 7 new campers in their park and from all reports, those campers will be back there next year. So all good.

We will consult our KVE members and then will advise you of the decision regarding Year of the Tank.
