A mould/mold (? spelling) could be made fairly easily, and others produced for sure. As to who, I know not. You wouldn't want to see this damaged by amateur attempt.

Hopefully someone will come up with a good way to do these. I recall Max Hedges had a couple made but they were not really perfect and it was a long time ago so hopefully technology has improved since then.
