Andrew,
That pic shows it with a clamp bolt, so if it has fine splines on the shaft and wheel is able to be adjusted up and down, then it is similar to a Snipe, except the car has control switches in the hub and a bit more ornate design, this should widen your search area a bit !

yes that was a shame, but just not quick enough. One will turn up though, these things usually do! thanks Richard, I can widen the net a bit, I imagine the controls on the snipe only affect the centre boss, and could be exchanged to be accurate for the Box.
