This is the best info I've found. You are right about changing landscape. I was there last October and it doesn't look like the b&w photos.

I found that as well. The photos in it show I need not have bothered!

I'm not sure where the memorial is in relation to these photos but these are a tribute to the BCR & the Algonquins.
