Bill, your pic (great find!) looks to me like a Belgian Army Marmon-Herrington staffcar. The people look like Belgian army types as well. I don't think it is an Umbauwagen, but an Antwerp or otherwise Belgian product.

If Ford was producing there, GM as well, why not could M-H have sold its stuff to or through Ford-Cologne? And btw, didn't Ford Cologne also supply Ford COE trucks with M-H all wheel drive to Rumania well into WW2? Nuyt Overvalwagens! |
