Aussie trailer question

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone can tell me what type this trailer is? Number 4? I think it would make an excellent model, but I'm stuck for detail. I have searched here, but can't find clear pictures of the rear suspension and brake set-up, does anyone have some? Thanks for any help.
