Default C15a gas pedal

Hi all

I took apart my C15a Cab 13 gas pedal the other week and have since sandblasted and painted it back to black. However the bracket that bolted to the floor and acted as the pivot point had a sleeve that was rusted out.

Im wondering if anyone can provide some pictures as to how it goes back together. There had appeared to be some steel bushings on the pedal itself. Was there a pin that went through them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
