I concur with Rob; from what I have researched, the MK1 was the predominent model used in Canada for training. As the war progressed, Mk1s were shipped overseas and Mk2s followed. I would lean towards thinking that the Mk2 being issued in overseas combat service would have been the least likely to survive or be returned to Canada.
Most wrecks I have seen here are Mk1s.
