Default Carrier Bogie Wheels

Nigel W. Im not sue where this picture came from, but if i have the number correct it is T276894, which according to Nigel Watsons book Was built by Sentinel Wagon as a UC,No1 MkII (WT) What is the WT?
I thought these were Loyd carrier wheels, which I had not seen in the flesh, until I visited Nigel W. last month.
The other thing, is that I would have expected them to be fitted the other way around (with the dish out) The ones I have seen on Loyds are fitted the same way as pictured.
