Smile New Blitz owner in Canada ..........

Hello all here on MLU

Well I supose now that the Blitz is home its time to show her off and introduce myself to you all, My name is Terry
Baumann I live in BC, Canada, some of you have heard of me and we have swapped a few Emails back and forth from all sides of the pond and down under my 3 year search for a Blitz has finally paid off, Im the proud new owner of I believe a 42ish F15A and am having trouble removing the smile from my face

Well at any rate, Id like to thank all of you wo have helped me with my silly newby questions and the help I so needed, I hope to get it all safe and runable and from there I will decide what it all needs as far as a restoration, so far it looks like its not bad as is.

The truck looks in great condition so should be a not bad project vehicle considering she is a 67 year ole Veteran of some military action somewhere around the globe or heck maybe never left Canada ?, at any rate Im real happy she is mine ........ and will see to it that it is preserved.

Well I hope you all enjoy the picture of her and I look forward to many happy days with it and you all here on MLU.

Default Welcome to the fun

Hi Terry

Always glad to hear that CMPs have yet another supporter out there and that some one else has caught the bug. I've been playing with these strange trucks for 30 years now and I still am enjoying them.

Cheers Phil

Default F15a

Terry that is a rather odd cargo box, looks like the type of heavy duty box used in the drilling and foresty work ? or is it home made ?
