spare parts needed urgently

I'm going off to have a new ball joint and socket put in my shoulder soon, the one they put in nine years ago has decintergrated into little bits and worn most of the bone away, so I will need a bone graft as well. I don't think I have any spare parts around for this problem, does anyone have or know of any spare parts for this.
I've decided I'm going to give Kathy and Emma hell to make up for what I can't do for the next few months.
