The one on google books is about the best looking one out there for a quick download. I have another copy but the scan was pretty bad and many pages are faded and hard to read.

I explained my position up above pretty clearly.
Company claims they are selling material which is "copyrighted" by them and selling for profit ($25-$50) = wrong.
If you just paid $5, that sounds like someone only charged you for the price of the CD (~$0.25-$1) and the postage (~$3-4) = fine.
But you can spend your money how ever you want. Guess I should just pull all the manuals off our website and sell them instead then of paying for website hosting out of my personal pocket and giving them away for free
