Default 15 abp

I have seen a document from mid 1945 discussing vehicle trophy's being returned to Canada. It mentions vehicle locations as 15 ABP and 167 Veh Pk. Would anyone know what ABP stands for? How about locations of each of these?

thanks,

Perry
