From a discussion on another forum, Tom Kaszas determines these are from from Lord Strathcona's Horse.

Any idea why they used B nicknames, as these would normally be the vehicles in the recce troop of RHQ. Also, the number 21 in the tactical diamond marking does not match the series as set out here:
