1956 charging generator identification

Hi,
i need help to identified this 1956 charging generator from 7hp briggs & stratton . it have 2 outlet of 6volts and 8 outlets of 12volts . could any one help me whit the carburator gouvernor installtion someting is not right it wont ideal whit out the choke
