Default MLU Express: North America to Europe?

Dear friends,

I'm wondering if anyone can facilitate the shipping of a small box from an address in the USA to Europe (final destination is The Netherlands)? I can have the box shipped to a US address.

I'm asking as the cost of shipping plus custom charges over the purchase price + shipping, and VAT on top of all that, is making it very costly to ship items via postal services these days. As this is a private sale, and I am not in a hurry, I was wondering if there is an MLU member in the US or Canada who (knows someone who) is coming over to Europe sometime during the next few months? And who is willing to take a small box in their luggage?

Thanks in advance!

BTT.

Robin's lead turned cold, I thank him for trying.

Anyone else who can help, please?

The package weighs 3-4 pounds and is 12 x 6 x 6 inches in size.

Thanks in advance!

I just posted a 2.3 kg box 16 x 17 x 21 cm to Canada from the U.K. and it cost £25 airmail, can you not just post it?, your box is even lighter.

Kevin

Out of curiosity I checked Canada Post's online calculator and got a low end price of mid $40s. High end was enough to make you faint...

Hi Kevin, the seller notes postage to the Netherlands is approx $70. So worth trying to find a cheaper option I'd say.
