Default printed Royal Winnipeg Rifles shoulder titles

Hi

I recently obtained a single printed shoulder title of the Royal Winnipeg Rifles, Canada. Lettering is in off-white (unbleached cotton) and the back ground overall colour is bright green (not the very dark green that rifle regiments normally use).
On a event to commemorate operation Switchback last weekend in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen I was told by a collector that the war time printed ones for this regiment should be in black with white lettering. Several re-enactors on that event owever had embroidered Royal Winnipeg Rifles, Canada titles on their Battle Dress and these also seem to vary from bright green, to dark green and black ones.
Can any one tell me what colour should the war time printed shoulder titles be, as I am going to reproduce these (as well as other Canadian badges).
Thanks for your comments

Rob
