C.a.(b)t.c.
Found a photo of my uncle, Vic Kirsch, with his platoon in what I think was Brampton, Ontario in January 1943. I believe they went to Europe shortly after. On the photo was written" B Platoon B Company 24 C.A. (B) T.C.. What does that mean . What unit or battalion would they have been oversea's. The only person he spoke to about the war was my wife one after noon and she's sorry she never thought of writing anything down. His grandson will get his framed medals and i would to give him some info. Thanks..Bob

Re: C.A.(B)T.C.
magua;
B Platoon B Company 24 C.A. (B) T.C. = "B" Platoon of "B" Company of No. 24 Canadian Army (Basic) Training Centre. Do you have your Uncle Vic's Service Number? Cheers
