Default Windsor carrier

Can anyone help with identifying the purpose of these two controls alongside the drivers seat.
Could the small cranked lever be the starter pull lever, as I believe these carriers had a cable attached to to a lever on the starter motor switch.
The second, longer one, with a black know, was this something to do with the differential brakes???

Again, by way of interest, ther is a mech screen fitted to the lower half of the air inlet opening, is this original???

Thanks.

George

George,

The longer lever with knob is for the two speed rear axle, high and low ratios. The other lver is as you say, for the starter.

If you mean the mesh screen shown by the levers, this is over the oil coolers for rear axle and engine.

Default Windsor

Thanks Richard,
Yes, the screen over the oil coolers seems original.

Thanks for the help and quick response.

George.
