Default U.S. Paras weapons

Hi there
Can anyone tell me which guns are being carried by these two troops?
I was thrown by the bipods and since I do not think they are BARs, can they be Johnson LMGs? And does that mean that the troops are from 1st. Special Service Force?
Regards

Gerry,

I cleaned up and blew up that pic... the guy on the left is carrying a BAR and the guy on the right a Garand. The latter rifle does not have a bipod on it, that's only a trick of light with something else in the background.

Hope this helps.

Jif
