Default Winter is back in Switzerland

Good Day Mates

How's life back down there in the "warm" summer? Do you enjoy the warm breeze ;-)

It was snowing 40 - 50 cm in just two days. Chaos everywhere you look around Switzerland. Trams didn't run, closed motorways (because of the European trucks which doesn't have snow tires => foreign idiots) etc. That's life up here.

Hope you'll enjoy the impressions.

Greetings
Chris

Hi Chris...
Reminds me of my old warrior days haunts..
Loved CH....
But they must have slacked off at the borders with their auto inspections...The tires were the first thing they looked at..If the tread was not sufficient or scuffed or the improper tires were installed for the season you were turned back and refused entry into CH...
Lovely pictures..

Chris, nice pictures of your nice country.
We had the same sort of problems, except it happens after 4 - 5 cm of snow

Cheers,
Hanno

Default snow

The snow sure makes the country side look pretty. Our weather has been fine and warm around 25 to 33 degrees c with no rain or snow, just dry and dusty.
We had a family get together last Sunday for Charlie as he turned the ripe old age of 86 not bad for an old digger.
