Default UC Wheels?

Came across these on my travels, I assume they are Carrier wheels?
On a similar track....I remember years ago the Benalla scrappie was using oxy mounted on a little set of Searchlight tracks, this was capable of being dragged over just about anything

Default Pommie wheels

They are very interesting wheels. They are not the usual style.
They are of the same style as my NZ built carrier. Most of them have a flat to the outer section of the spoke. Those have a rounded section.

By the way Bob, POHM = Prisoner Of His (or Her) Majesty.
