Default Unknown Lever/Switch in Cab 13

Hi everyone,

Any idea what the lever in the picture is? original/post war? The exact same lever is on both our Cab 13's at the top of the W reinforcing bars. I'm thinking they are not original, but considering they are exactly the same to a detail I'm not so sure.

It's as simple as it looks, perhaps the lever turns down over something to hold it at the back of the cab?

Thanks,

James

Hi James,
Before you gas axe the bracket off try fitting the side curtains in between the seats then twist the lever down to secure them in place. Some models had a wooden block on the floor to support the curtain frame at the bottom.
