Truck is a Chev CMP 11/12 Cab and the weapon is a Mk1 Boys AT.

November 1942 was the third time Bardia changed hands, so there is a possibility that the truck had been captured earlier by the Germans and lost again at Bardia, but it is certainly of Allied origin.
