Engine compartment sound and Heat insulation

Thanks to forum members for the tip.....

Tracked down the supplier in Illinois....DRE Racing.....product is called "Thermo Tec"....available for the racing market.....

Search under Thermo Tec.......

The "Cool it" Mat seems the most appropriate at $27.23 US for a 24x48 1/4 ich thick mat that can be easily cut and fitted. Probably can be held in place using the existing staples and clips inside the cab 11 engine cover.... may need more thanone package to do entire engine cover.

In time, I will bring the material in an try it on my cover...will keep you posted of the results.
