Another fact that is now coming to light is that some of these “Canadians” have no place to go once they arrive here. They hold Canadian passports (and Lebanese passports) but were living and working in Lebanon, and not paying Canadian taxes. Many have no homes or jobs here and will be living off of Canadian handouts.

Here's a question for the world to ask...where are their Arab brethren to help them in this time of crisis? Too busy finding ways to foment terror in both their and other countries perhaps?

Buffer zone??
The IDF have dropped pamphlets on the Lebanese side of Israel's northern border, warning the people to leave and get out of a 25 kilometer zone, pending a possible invasion.AS one news pundit put it,how do they flee when the LDF have taken out roads, bridges, electrical and power infrastructures all the way up to Beirut and this will only create a logistics nightmare for the people trying to flee.

We sure as heck didn't warn the populace of the impending invasion did we? Israel has the right to protect their citizens from rocket attacks and if creating a buffer zone in southern Lebanon is what it takes, then so be it. Perhaps if the Lebanese government would stop tolerating terror groups from operating within their borders, their citizens wouldn't have to worry about evacuating. Place the blame where it lies.
