Default WC 52 Marking?

My buddy has a barn find he is restoring. He found this marking at the rear of the hood on both sides. Any ideas what it is?

That is the Maple Leaf transfer which was put on much of the equipment manufactured by Canada for supply to other countries. It says Canada in English, Chinese and Russian.

You say your friends Dodge was built post-war? What is the date of assembly?

Default Dodge

Hi, The truck your buddy has is a Dodge D 3/4 ton APT, very rare to still be in it's original paint , all were built mid to late 1945, what month is the truck? there ARE NOT WC-52's, these are Chrysler Canada produced, same engine block as your M-152 (T-236) US truck had a T-214, please have your buddy call me , I'd like to speak to him about it , I restored my APT in the early 90's, 705-437-3757

He thinks it was built in March. He had to go out and check the data plates (which are all there). He has photos posted on my FB page, Canadian Military Vehicles.
