Default Larkspur 'cold war' test set

I had one of these No. 1 Oscillator test sets years ago, I thought it had a fault because its signal output volts were very low. Now I read they were only meant to put out 100 millivolts max. I have this example now plus the No.2 model which is for the higher frequencies. I found the EMER manuals in the VMARS list which will help.
