Default To Malaya

On their way to Malaya via Fremantle aboard HMT Katoomba, thence trans-shipped for the run to Singapore.

Not much hope any of these vehicles saw Australia again!

July/August 1941. Interesting the censor or someone has blanked out the ship name, and the other data normally required has not been filled in.

In WW1, destinations of ships in convoys were often disguised as destination 'Guam' in such documents, and as subsequently reported in newspapers in the shipping movements section.
