Default Amsterdam liberated - vehicles

Here are links to pictures in the Amsterdam image bank, some of rare & unusual and some not, some can be downloaded and some not:

They show many vehicles in and around Amsterdam, when the Canadian Army restored order. Amsterdam is in the Western part of the Netherlands which was occupied by the German Army until the day they surrendered. So there was no fighting needed, although it should be noted that the population suffered immensely, especially during the winter of '44-'45.
