Default Setting up brake/steering linkages

Over the last month I have been pulling out and cleaning up my brake/steering linkages. Today I reinstalled them and got most of them back to spek as per the manual.

When I was adjusting the steering slide clevises I found the left hand one could not be set properly.(See letter I in pic 1) I got the RS one setup so that when the wheel is turned to the right the brakes begin to activate at 90-95deg as per manual. However for left hand turns it doesn't want to activate until approx 120deg.

My second question is how long should rods A(no letter given in manual) and M be when in a properly setup system. There is nothing in the manual about them and I think they are out of wack on my UC. If rod A is too short it will either pull on the brake linkage to the rear or pull the steering slide clevis in. If B is to short it pulls on the pivot which then pulls on the rest of the stuff.

Any help is much appreciated. I appologize about not crediting the picture but I found it on the net(probably this forum) sometime in the past. It just showed off my situation so well.
