Default Wanted Universal Carrier Parts

I am posting this for Doug Lavoie as he is unable to post pictures at the present time. He is looking for the PCV Valve or as it it called the Donaldson valve that goes between the intake manifold and the carburetor. He is also looking for the breather at the rear of the intake manifold above the fuel pump, See attached pictures. If anyone can help him out you can contact him by PM or email as he is a member on this site .

The PCV valve (positive crank case ventilation valve) is common to a number of vehicles apart from the Ford. Also found on late war Dodge and late war Jeeps.

The pcv valves were probably on many engine marques including non military stuff, through into the 1960's (I could be dreaming of course), so shouldnt be hard to locate at a reasonable price. The Breather has been covered in another thread by Tony Smith. Basically the oil bath breather stopped the engine sucking in the dust, that wore them out quickly in the desert. Probably not going to happen to yours, even if you cant locate the right one.
