Question Is it or isn't ?

Hi there

Saw this in an antique and salvage yard in Cobourg.

The owner thinks it ex-military, but what sort of funnel is it?

Damn, Steve:
69 hits and no answers or even a guess.
Sort of lonely out there isn't it.

Actually, it looks like a contemporary smokers stand that are present outside of most of our department stores around here.

Default What Is It

Hello Steve

Actually its upside down. It is in fact a Pis-a-phone, i.e. a catching device for a number 1 in the field as opposed to a Bog-a-phone which has a larger outlet.

I lke the piss-o-phone answer myself.
