Thumbs up 2009 rememberance days

OK guys for the 2009 calendar I need confirmation of the dates for the following days please....

May - Dutch Rememberance Day and Dutch Liberation Day
- American Memorial Day

June - Dutch Vetrans Day

Are these days held on the same date every year?

I also need photos of your vehicles for the MLU Calendar. I do not want to leave it too long to design and get ready for printing. I will not ask again and without your help with photos of members vehicles this calendar will not happen. I also cannot use just any photos and need photos of just the vehicle itself without people in it due to not wanting permission in writting from every person in the photo to print it in the calendar. Your help is appreciated and all profits from the sale go to Geoff to help pay for the site.

Don't forget ANZAC DAY in Australia and NZ.

APRIL 25th every year.

This year is the 20th year that I have supplied a vehicle or vehicles for the carriage of Veterans in the two local ANZAC Day marches. This year I have arranged vehicles for inclusion in 8 different towns marches over a 120 mile area. Sale to Orbost. East of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia.

We will pick up at the Veterans home if necessary and take them to the march and return them home or just carry those not well enough to complete the distance.

Our local march in Bairnsdale will have a minimum of 9 vehicles, maybe more.

This is our small way of saying THANK YOU to those Aussies who fought for our freedom. Thanks to you all.

I did not forget ANZAC Day nor the English and Canadian Rememberance day on 11 November I just needed confirmation of the dates I asked for as I was unsure if they changed or not each year due to being the first Monday of the month for example or were a set date.
