Default WW1 badge

Can anyone identify this brooch? It belonged to my Mother in law who was a war bride from WW1. It was given to her by my father in law at what date I am not sure. I believe it might have been a 19th battalion brooch.

It's a Sweetheart Pin.

19th Infantry Battalion Canadian Expeditionary Force(C.E.F.)Toronto, Ontario.
They served in France & Belgium, WWI.
