All I have to offer is that the item is American as evidenced by the 7 digit part numbers on them, and the numbers are fairly early in the ordnance code. The numbers are not prefixed by a letter, so I would venture to guess the sight is from the 50s or 60s, although the codes could be from earlier than that.
