Default 100 Years This Evening

At 11:00pm this evening, the 100th Anniversary of World War I officially starts.

I have several relatives who served. Most of their Service Records show enlistments in 1915. That must have been the first full year when everyone was caught up in the excitement, and the horror had not yet sunk in.
