GM Fox Question

Hello there,
Our Fox is starting to look a bit ragged around the edges and the time has come for a general spruce up.. When I last painted her about ten years ago I did the hull interior matt white. Is this correct? I have a feeling that it should have been gloss. Also, should the various fasteners that hold the accessories be black phosphate, cadmium/zinc or painted white?
If anybody's got an idea it would be a great help.
