As it says, cast medallion, this is as far as I can tell a British version because of the spelling of the word May as per this website

Dear Ed,
while it is true I am a reasonable replica of a relic I wasn't around at the time to be given one of these. It is part of the detritus of my life, its either sold or binned. I'm downsizing now and big time. No sentiment attached whatsoever. Anyway, I have two ex wives who would swear on a stack of bibles that I am heartless R
