Another C15 Cab 11 is listed for sale in France. Did they get all the remaining obsolete CMPs as "defence aid" after WW2?

Has anyone got eny "period" pictures of these snowplough trailers? It would be a shame if it's getting scrapped.

It looks in excellent condition too Guillaume. Is 4000 Euro's a lot?

Still, its a Ford, so any price is worth paying.

No problems, just merged your posting with an earlier thread.

Interestingly, because of this I saw posting #13 above, it seems to be the same "Ford Chevy"

If I remember correctly the passing of the owner and the clearing of the La Calmette yard was already mentioned on HMVF some time ago.....(about a year ago?)

So, some of the truck might have already been saved. I know for a fact that the rare International (was it a K5) is saved.

Alex

EDIT: Wrong again....I must be getting old.....it was a mention from about a year ago that the owner went to a home for the elderly and that the yard was to be cleared. The message at the time was on Travellerdaves website and not HMVF. Travellerdaves website also mentioned the International was about to be picked up (hopefully for restoration).

This International KS7 Tipper? It looks very restorable, contrary to the CMPs in that yard. . . .

Balls...

I had one of those on Milweb/MVT/other forums initially for sale for a couple of years - then FREE - never knew what it was... scrap man cut it up about 10 months ago when I lost my storage space.

On well, at least I know what it is if I ever see another one!

Tim

See http://www.aiolfipartners.com/ for an upcoming auction of part of the collection of the Musée août 1944 ("Museum August 1944") at Falaise, now permanently closed. As I understand it, part of the Leloup collection will be displayed in a new museum, the remainder is being auctioned off.

Included in the auction are two Otter wrecks, an unrestored Bedford OY, a Canadian Dodge 1.5-ton truck, and a Ford F60S LAAT(?)
