Default Canada plates

Hi All,
I have a couple of Canadian military plates in my collection that are different than the one you show in the thread.Mine has "DND" stamped in the top of the plate with 2 maple leafs stamped in as well.

The other plate has a "CANADA" tag riveted ofer the "DND" portion of the plate.Anybody know the history and era these plates had compared to the other plate shown in this thread?

Thanks, Derk.
