Default WWII Holland Document identification please

Hello, Assistance in identifying document please. Found this among souvenirs my dad brought back from his WWII tour in NWE. It is dated 27 Oct 45 Amersfoort, Holland. Thank you

Basically it is an open letter to all members of 3rd Canadian Division discussing demobilization from the Division commander. These types of instructions or inspirational letters were regularly issued by Corps and Army Commanders. Yours is a nice one as it is from 3rd Canadian Infantry Division.
