Default New Rubber on Road Wheels

Currently we are having the aluminum cast wheels for our Hagglunds BV 206 recast by a company out west in Manitoba.

After time the rubber was starting to chip on our roadwheels giving us concern. So we have bitten the bullet and at a unit cost of around a hundred bucks a piece we are having all 40 done.

We did quite a bit of research on finding a company and I will abstively posolutly post an update of what we think about the job done.

We supplied them with one NOS wheel as a pattern and are eagerly expecting them back around the 24th of Jan.

I know all of you with carriers will be interested.

Rgds

and yes that was me ignominiously towed past the PM in the war museum opening parade...in our BV 206
