Default 12 pounder medium muzzle loading gun

We just got two bronze 12 pounder 18-CWT smoothbore Guns.
We are looking info about these guns.
We have the book “Gun of the regiment”.
Were there any tact signs?
The guns show the cipher of King George III, also 1810 was 1810 shown for the weight of the gun or the date it was made?
