Default Brass Casing ID needed please.....

Gentlemen: Hope you're all having a good weekend. Picked this up today, however no idea what it is. The price was right! Any insight you could share would be appreciated....Robert

Default More info.....

The casing is 3 7/16 inches tall (8.7cm) and at the top is 3 inches across (7.5cm). Cheers....Robert
