Default Studs double ended attaching axle shaft to hub

Can someone tell me where to buy and the name and number of the studs that attach the axle shaft to the hub 352728-S18 also the the cone washer to go with it . Plus I'm after a couple of spare double end studs 706-4 rear axle housing clamp to diff for a LP2 carrier Dale
