Was there a 80 watt charging set ?

These are late war sets designed originally for use with the Number 22 Radio Set.

Quite how many saw service is questionable.

How's about a few photos, Richard? Was this a wee 4stroke, reputedly designed by Edgar T himself?

Hi Charlie,
Think I have pic on another computor will have a look later. it is a very small 4 stroke and I believe it was designed by Edgar. Think I have seen an article from an old model engineering magazine about it.

Fairly common over here and pop up on e-bay from time to time, but must be rare over there.

I know of a dealer who has a quanity of them as parts kits to be assembled by the purchaser. Not sure what price he is asking.

I've never seen one in real life - and I readily accept that it would be a novelty only...if one pops up , or more info on the kits, I wouldn't mind hearing about it..
