Default 40 mm Bofors models?

Please advise if there is any interest in 1:32 scale Bofors models, with/without crew.

Default 17 pdr.

Would be more interested in a 1/32 scale 17 pdr. AT gun model as the Airfix one is very difficult to find even on eBay. Now if you are going to offer a CMP LAAT model as well then sign me up for a Bofors. Robert in Toronto

Default 17 - PDR

I have a 17-pdr gun with crew here, painted, with more ready in a few weeks.17-pounder gun link

£42.00 with crew or available as casting unpainted, and crew unpainted, at less cost. P + P extra. BASE NOT INCLUDED.

There is also a 6-pounder, and there is shortly to be a 1:32 Jeep AIRPORTABLE with 6-pounder on tow.

Default Discount

If anyone wants one then contact me by PM. Dealers can qualify for discounts although as there is not that much discount given to Battlezones it is not 100%! I have three more guns on order that I will sell at cost price to MLU members. For that I will throw in the postage.

Check out http://home.btconnect.com/battlezone/orderform.htm

for details of all the other guns including Bofors!

Default Airportable Jeep + 6-pounder

Anyone interested please in all-metal Willys Jeep + 6-pounder gun, Airportable version with correct Mickey Mouse Ears camouflage? 1:32 scale of course, with crew available.

Painted 1:32 Jeep, Airportable say £15.00. Model BZM MM126 6 pdr Anti-tank gun = £11.95 unpainted, say £21.95 painted. For 4 crew = £5 each unpainted, £7 painted.

I have noted the request for a CMP LAAT. This could be achieved as a resin model not metal. Anyone interested? However it will cost a small fortune for the mould. Orders would have to be in advance.

Please contact enquiries@battlezone.org.uk

Default Models

Battlezones have just sold a 3.7" AA gun to a Canadian guy whose father-in-law used to fire the real thing in anger in WW2 in the UK.

Can I tempt any buyers please for stock that Battlezones have?

PS Robert I have PMd you again with an offer as requested above.

father-in-law used to fire the real thing in anger in WW2 in the UK.

Why was he firing the gun in anger in the UK?...Was he a German...? What was he firing at..??
Did they catch him?
Did he do hard time..??

Just checking....
(It's a slow day...)

As to how I found your company, and Mountford Metal Miniatures, well,
I've been searching the internet endlessly for a 3.7inch AA gun...and it
seems that the 1:32 scale metal kit from MMM is it (sadly no 1:35
plastic kit). My father-in-law was in the Canadian Heavy Anti-Aircraft
Battalion from 1939-1945, saving London from the blitz and then saving
the troops in France & Germany and I'd like to make him his gun, before
it's too late.

So there!

Default Howzabout...

..buying some models???

Been raining here most of the day now it gets dark at 17.30. and then the fog comes down. Why can't we just stick to British Summer Time? For those not in the know, that's GMT or Zulu + 1.
