Default Canadian Identity Documents

I'm a UK based reserached who has just discovered this excellent site. I am working on a book to be published next year on Identity cards passes and permits carried in wartime Britain.

Am having trouble finding examples of those used by Canadians stationed here. Would anyone be willing to let me have good qulity scans of these documents in return for acknowledgement and a free copy of the book when produced?

I am looking for the following

MBM 1

Canadian Army Identification Card for ORs of Canadian Military Forces in the UK MFM 182

Temporary Canadian Army Identification Card for ORs of Canadian Military Forces in the UK MFM 182A

Canadian Navy Identification Card for Officers and Ratings

Also any British issue documents such as the Naval and Military photo identity cards, both of which were issued to Canadian officers.

Any help would be much appreciated
