Default info.

The largest dia of the "ball' part of both types of pipe is 1 1/2" (38mm)

The bore of the pipe is 31.3mm, and the waisted section is 34.3mm.
In both cases the ball part is welded to the rest of the pipe above the waisted bit

The cast elbows (left and right handed) are the same across both types of carriers (and all I have seen are cast in one piece (Kevin))

Hi Lynn, Can you tell us the distance from the centre of the weld on the waisted end to the end of the pipe please on the riveted carrier down pipe.

I borrowed a downpipe from richard and its rustered/sheered at that weld point.

thanks kevin.
